Birchwood Lakes is a new eco focussed property development in North Devon. The company behind the project, Habitat First asked me to create a brand direction for the development. The logo design was developed with Habitat First and is based on the peregrine falcon, a bird of prey synonymous with the area and  suitable figure head for this ambitious project.
